    The AI Assistant knows your shop — and acts with your say-so

    The assistant on your phone can now look things up in your own shop and, when you confirm, check a diver in, cancel a reservation or add a note. It can also listen and read back.

    • Ask about your shop — "What's running tomorrow?", "Who's on the 9am?", "Is Mei's certification on file?" It looks it up in your bookings and trips and gives you a button straight to the manifest or reservation.
    • Act, with a tap — ask it to check someone in, cancel a reservation or add a note and it shows you a card. Nothing happens until you press Confirm, and it goes through exactly the same checks as doing it yourself — a diver missing certification details is refused the same way. Every action is recorded with who confirmed it.
    • Cancelling still doesn't refund — the card says so. Issue the refund next, as before.
    • Talk to it — tap the microphone to dictate, and switch on read-back to hear the answers. Stop an answer mid-way, or start a new chat from the top.
    • It opens first time — tapping the assistant right after the app loads no longer occasionally does nothing.
