    Send customer emails from your own domain

    A shop that owns a domain can verify it under Settings → Integrations → Email sending address and send every customer email as hello@yourdomain instead of hello@mail.seascape.bz. Replies still land in Messages.

    • Your own From address — add your domain, publish the DNS records shown, press check; once verified, switch it on, pick the From name and address, and send yourself a test.
    • Replies are unchanged — whatever the From says, a customer's reply still reaches Messages. Mail apps may show a reply address at mail.seascape.bz; that is expected.
    • Checked every 6 hours — if the domain stops verifying, the shop's admins get one notification and mail falls back to the Seascape address until it verifies again.
    • No domain? Nothing changes — you keep sending as "Shop Name <hello@mail.seascape.bz>".
