    The reservation sheet works on a phone

    Opening a reservation used to show twelve small buttons before anything else. It now opens on Overview | Payments | Messages | Notes with one clear next step at the bottom and the rest under More.

    • Tabs at the top — Overview, Payments, Messages and Notes are pinned under the name, so a customer's reply is one tap away instead of below the buttons.
    • One next step — Record payment, Refund, Send waiver or Message, whichever the booking needs, in a pinned footer. Everything else is under More: a bottom sheet on a phone, a menu on a desk. Every target is thumb-sized.
    • Readiness at a glance — waiver, dive currency, medical and e-learning are one row of chips that do the next thing.
    • Two duplicates gone — the price is edited in one place and the payment link is sent from one place. "Delete" now reads "Remove this activity…", the same words as the reservations menu.
