    The assistant proposes in one tap, and a cancellation is on the record first

    Two refinements from watching the assistant work on a real shop: it no longer asks whether to propose a check-in, and a cancellation is recorded the moment you confirm it, before the customer's email goes out.

    • One tap — ask it to check someone in and the card appears straight away. If a diver is missing details, it says who and what in one line and still shows the card, so the app's own check-in rule gives the final answer.
    • Snorkel trips don't ask for certification — the assistant now judges each seat by that trip's activity, the same way the manifest does.
    • Cancellations are recorded first — confirming a cancellation writes the reason and the record of who confirmed it immediately; the customer's email follows and the card tells you when it has been sent.
